This site was created to support the planning process behind the new Integrated Urban Development Strategy (IUDS) of the City of Budapest.
The new leadership of the City of Budapest is committed to creating a liveable, Green, competitive and Budapest characterized by solidarity, where city-dwellers, NGOs and professional organizations can actively contribute to urban planning and get a chance to participate in the process. The UIDS is being developed with these aims in mind, and is set to be a representation of this common roadmap.
This website includes Hungarian-language information on the content-based requirements of the strategy as well as its legal framework, while also offering insights into the planning process and opportunities to participate.
Thematic surveys are also on offer on the website. Reader-friendly information materials are available on the topics involved, and as a matter of course, we will also inform visitors on the events of the process spanning at least 6 months.
